By executing this application, it certifies the following: that the information set forth in the application and in the documents, schedules, reports, statements, and/or other information provided to FundingEdge.com (or its parent company) with or pursuant to this application are full, true, correct, and complete and accurately reflect such information on the date(s) thereof; that to FundingEdge.com (or its parent company) is authorized to request, receive and verify credit reports and other financial information regarding applicant and its business that FundingEdge.com (or its parent company) deems necessary or appropriate; that FundingEdge.com (or its parent company) is authorized to inquire of, investigate, confirm, and verify and information contained in this application, in any documents, schedules, reports, statements, and/or other information, provided under or pursuant under to this application, or learned by FundingEdge.com (or its parent company) as part of its investigation and review of this application, applicant, or applicant's business.

3. I/We hold FundingEdge.com and its parent company harmless of any misrepresentation made in this application, in any documents, schedules, reports, statements, and/or other information, provided under or pursuant to this application.

4. I/We understand that FundingEdge.com (or it parent company) will charge a fee for its services in obtaining a loan or line of credit. Prior to submitting this loan application to any lender FundingEdge.com (or it parent company) will contact the authorizing officer on this application and will obtain in writing this agreement.

5. I/We understand and acknowledge that all disclosures required by law in regard to the Loan or Line of Credit are to be provided by the lender NOT FundingEdge.com or its parent company.

6. I/We understand and acknowledge that by submitting an Application or Information Request that I will receive periodic updates via fax and/or Email on programs available through FundingEdge. Note: FundingEdge does not sell customer information to any third party.
